Services

Palacios provides residential and commercial remodeling, concrete, and custom construction services in Conroe, Willis, the Lake Conroe area, and the greater Houston region, as described on our site. Estimates are free and provided in writing after an on-site visit.

Estimates, pricing & change orders

Written estimates are honored for up to three months. Any change to the agreed scope is documented and approved by you before the work proceeds. Larger projects are typically handled with a deposit and a set of progress draws tied to milestones.

Scheduling & cancellation

We ask for reasonable notice if you need to reschedule a visit or a start date. Timelines provided with your estimate are realistic projections and may shift with weather, permitting, or material availability.

Licensing & insurance

Palacios Construction Group is fully insured, and a certificate of insurance is available on request. Licensed master electricians and plumbers perform electrical and plumbing scopes so that work is fully in line with Texas code.

Warranty

Our workmanship is backed by a one-year warranty. Coverage on specific scopes is quoted per job and explained clearly before work begins.
